Returns & Limited Warranty

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction.

Every Canine Cloud® pet lounger/bed includes a one-year limited warranty to cover any defect in craftsmanship.  While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective and covered by this warranty, which begins on the date the product is shipped.  Each customer is limited to one warranty replacement per purchase.

Fabrics are not warranted against fading, shrinkage, or mishandling.  Please follow our detailed Care Instructions on this site, the Cloud's labeling, and the enclosure with your shipment.  Evidence of excessive digging, chewing, or staining will void this warranty.  Please take note of the following animal weight suggestions when choosing your pet lounger/bed: 24” small: up to 6 lbs.; 34" medium: 7-15 lbs.; and 44” large: 16-30 lbs.  Usage outside of these recommendations will void the warranty.

If a quality issue arises, please e-mail us a picture and description.  If you are asked to return a Cloud, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Thank you for your cooperation.
