Before First Use and Washing Instructions

To reduce shipping costs for customers, we vacuum-pack your Canine Cloud® to shrink it for transport.  Upon unpacking, it will appear flat and void of stuffing in some areas.

To re-fluff the pet lounger/bed back to its original state, or if it becomes flat over time with use, place it in the dryer on a low heat setting for twenty minutes.  Please do not use fabric softener or fabric softener sheets, which will damage the Cloud's delicate fabric fibers.  You can use two or three dryer balls or clean tennis balls to re-fluff and prevent static cling.

After removing the Canine Cloud® from the dryer, shake it out and lay it on the floor or a flat surface.  Briefly massage and rearrange it with your hands to redistribute the fiberfill.

The Canine Cloud® is completely washable.  Machine wash separately on a cold, delicate setting with a small amount of mild detergent.  Do not dry clean or use bleach.  To dry, please follow the instructions above.
